3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of our product LightCalc is intended for informational purposes and does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the ‘Buy Now’ button, you are making a binding commitment to purchase, indicating your acceptance of our offer. The purchase contract with lightcalc.io is concluded once you receive our order confirmation by email, which is sent immediately following the receipt of your order.

4. Purchases are final

Please note that refunds cannot be given for digital products purchased on lightcalc.io. By buying a digital product, you expressly agree that the execution of the contract begins immediately, and you acknowledge that your right of cancellation expires at the start of this execution.

5. Prices

All prices listed on lightcalc.io are total prices. VAT is included and is calculated based on the customer’s country of residence in compliance with applicable tax laws.

6. Instant and automatic delivery

After you purchase a product on lightcalc.io, it becomes immediately available to use. Following your purchase, you will receive two emails from us: the first confirms your order, and the second email is the invoice with payment details for your purchase.

The first email is: “Confirmation of your order […..] at lightcalc.io”. – Your order has been received and is now being processed.

6.2. “Invoice” email:

The second email contains the payment details and Invoice (receipt) for the purchase.
